Objective of the Trust shall be to acquire and hold investments and to use distributions and proceeds received from Investments to make donations to the beneficiaries in order to facilitate the empowerment and development of such beneficiaries
The aggregate Trust interest shall be such that at all times at least 85% of the value of any benefits that are allocated to beneficiaries, in aggregate, will accrue to beneficiaries who are Black Persons and at least 40% of the value of any benefits that are allocated to beneficiaries, in aggregate, will accrue to beneficiaries who are Black Women
Each Investee company shall be entitled to furnish the Trustees with a list of beneficiaries and beneficiary initiatives whenever the Trust receives a distribution in relation to the investment transaction relating to such investee company

  • Design, develop and improve upon a BEE strategy  for the company, as well as a road map for strategy  implementation. This will include detailed annual target settings for each BEE pillar based on the current Revised codes requirements.​
